Publisher Description
GPS Server -Share the working GPS on your own phone with another device over WiFi.
This app needs your phone to have a working GPS.This sends the location of your phone to another device over WiFi. It opens a listener on a configurable socket and once there is a connection over the network, it sends the NMEA data strings to that socket.
To avoid confusion:
• Does not fix a broken GPS on your phone
• Does not allow you to use the GPS on some other device on your phone
• Is not a GPS monitor, speedometer, track logger, or mapping app
You
could
use this to track your phone, but only if you set up a VPN on your phone. This is entirely unsupported and unless the single sentence previously tells you everything you need to know about how to do this, there really are better apps that are designed specifically for phone tracking.
